PWCS Activity Guide for Middle School Parents and Students

Parents/Guardians, please pick up athletes around the back of the school. Practices end at 5PM.

Please call the school after 2PM to determine if activities or practices are canceled due to severe inclement weather.

Parkside Sport Requirements

To participate on a sports team, a student must have a PrinceWilliamCounty sports physical on file here at the school. The physical must have taken place on or after May 1 of the previous school year. The athlete must also complete an Emergency Care Permission Card. Both of these MUST be completed before the student can try out. To get a copy of the sports physical form, click Sports Physical Form.

Athletic Eligibility Requirement
If a student fails more than one subject for the nine- week reporting period, or has more than 1 "U" in conduct for the marking period, the student will be ineligible for the next grading period.
Clarification - a student with more than one F for the academic grade in any class for the 4th quarter would not be eligible to try out for any fall sports team.
